Alfred has over 17 years of serving as a healthcare professional with responsibilities ranging from financial reporting to multiple system implementations. He is currently working towards the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning system for the Human Capital Management function. His role will encompass a focus on data and aid in the development of analytical reporting tools within the system. Prior to that, he has served as position control manager, working with HR to drive processes correlating staffing needs to their projected financial impact. In addition, he also trained all levels of management on how to effectively utilize their financial tools to drive operational decisions and measure outcomes. Alfred appreciates how a synergetic relationship between Finance and HR processes can effectively drive the success of any organization. He has an M.B.A in Healthcare Finance and a B.B.A in Financial Accounting with a minor in Business Management.
