Aashna Sinha is the Head of Talent at Richemont Americas, the parent company of 25 iconic luxury goods Maisons including Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Chloe, Montblanc, Panerai, and others. She partners with senior commercial and human resources leaders to implement creative and impactful talent and organizational design solutions across corporate and retail teams. Prior to Richemont, Aashna led leadership development at a hedge fund and served as an HR leader in a beauty company. She previously spent several years in strategy and human capital consulting with a focus on talent transformation, career pathing, and succession planning. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Effectiveness from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
