Aaron Foster

Lecturer; Business Analytics and Insights (BAI) Global Lead for Vaccines and Oncology, Pfizer Inc.

At Pfizer Inc., Aaron Foster's group is accountable for providing actionable insights and decision support to optimize the development and promotion of pharmaceutical assets and brands in support of Pfizer senior management. He manages insights services including performance measurement, attitudinal and behavioral research, forecasting and promotional spend optimization. Within Vaccines and Oncology, Aaron’s organization directly supports over 30+ assets and products in 50+ markets and $10B+ in value annually.

Foster is focused on innovation with the area of business analytics to enhance the impact analytics has on the decision-making process within organizations. Some of the techniques he has had advanced are visualization tools for senior management and creating scalable and efficient practices for analytic organizations.

Prior to his most recent role, Foster led the emerging markets business analytics group, focusing on Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Africa-Middle East. He began his Pfizer career focused on U.S. business analytics. Before joining Pfizer, he was a statistician at KPMG LLP and a Biostatistician at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
