This webinar will introduce the concept of Systemic Dignity. This is a concept that comes from the use of the methodology of Dynamics System to the subject of Human Dignity. This subject has been studied mostly in a linear manner, by exploring how individuals and groups can protect and support human dignity and well being through the development of rules (i.e. human rights) or the setup of political systems (i.e. democracy). However, many other factors clearly play a role in this and make the protection and promotion of human dignity more or less likely in different social groups. The presenter will introduce a model of the core dynamics of systemic dignity, which can be adapted and used as a starting point for a DS analysis of any social group.
