Webinar: Negotiating Self-Talk
All of us negotiate informally or formally on a regular basis. Some negotiations go well and we get what we want. Others, not so well. There are many aspects to consider in negotiation, such as the substantive parts and the relationships, outcomes and processes, preparation and follow-up, to name a few. In this webinar, we will focus on the stories we tell ourselves, the self-talk we have, when it comes to who we are as negotiators. We will look at how this self-talk shows up in different phases of the negotiation process. There will be some tips shared on how to stop the negative self-talk and promote the generative stories instead.
