About the Speaker

As Executive Vice President, Global Communications and member of the Executive Leadership Team at The Estée Lauder Companies since 2008, Alexandra Trower oversees the four specialties of Global Communications—Brand Communications, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications and Consumer Communications. Counsels senior corporate executives, brand presidents and others throughout the global organization on communications issues and events. Alexandra also holds senior leadership positions on several high profile not-for-profit boards whose focus is on supporting girls and women (Hollins University, the International Women's Media Foundation and the Estee Lauder Companies Charitable Board). Ms. Trower is also a Board trustee for the American Funds family, one of the largest mutual fund families in the U.S.
