Dr. Tarulli has more than 25 years of experience as both an internal human resources professional and as a human capital expert providing service to clients. Dr. Tarulli will discuss the value of an analytical mindset and skill set within human capital management from the perspective of the individual, the HR function, organizations, and society. She will also address the current public health crisis and its impact on human capital management.
