Guest Speaker Jessie Lee, M.S. Nonprofit Management Faculty member, covered practical ideas and options for building data-informed approaches to deliver evidence-based impact, enabling organizations:
- To write grant proposals to demonstrate the need for programs and the effectiveness of your services/interventions through data;
- To integrate with existing program activities and processes to build data-driven approaches;
- To create a data-informed culture through policies and processes; and
- To manage documents for easy access while mitigating data breach and privacy risks.
