Global Health Symposium | COVID-19 Vaccine Development, Strategy and Implementation

Join us Feb. 22-26 for the COVID-19 Vaccine Development, Strategy and Implementation: A Virtual Global Health Symposium.

Organized by the Program in Vaccine Education at the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, the symposium features 25 outstanding speakers who have been intimately involved with aspects of the COVID-19 vaccines. This five-day virtual symposium is presented at the cusp of the world’s transition to controlling the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dr. Wilmot James, Associate Director of the Program in Vaccine Education and faculty member for Columbia’s online and in-person Master’s and Certification Programs in Bioethics, co-organized the symposium and will moderate a session on “Ethical and Societal Challenges,” keynoted by Melinda Gates.
