CUIMC Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Summit

All are welcome to attend the CUIMC EnERGize Inaugural Staff Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Summit on Thursday, October 13. This hybrid event will take place at Columbia University School of Nursing's seventh-floor rooftop. The theme is Valuable, Visible, Voices.

This all-day event will kick off at 9:00 a.m. with a keynote address from Dr. Erwin de Leon, chief diversity officer and lecturer in the M.S. in Nonprofit Management program. The Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) employee resource groups will host a variety of panel discussions, performances, and presentations. Dr. Ruth Gotian, author of The Success Factor: Developing the Mindset and Skillset for Peak Business Performance, will be among the guest speakers. A networking reception will follow the event at 4:30 p.m. Raffle prizes and giveaways will be distributed throughout the day. Refreshments will be served.
