Commemorating Indigenous Peoples’ Day

On Monday, October 11, 2021 at 3:30 p.m., the SPS DEIA Team and DEIA Committee will host an event commemorating Indigenous Peoples' Day to highlight the community's success, challenges, and cultural significance in today’s society.

Columbia SPS community members are invited to share their thoughts and reflections during the community gathering. The SPS DEIA Team and DEIA Committee hope to engage and share in a safe space as well as share recommendations that will help the community to appreciate Indigenous Peoples' history and heritage.
