Columbia Summer Session Lecture Preview: Introduction to Econometrics
Join us for a unique preview of Columbia University Summer Session courses through our special multi-part lecture series. In this event, Seyhan Erden, Ph.D., Lecturer in the Discipline of Economics, will provide an overview of modern econometric methods and their application in data analysis to inform consumer relationships and financial trends.
Dr. Erden has been teaching economics courses at Columbia University since 2010. Her focus is on Econometrics, Macroeconometrics, and Applied Econometrics. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Bogazici University, in Istanbul, Turkey. Her M.A. and Ph.D. degrees are from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
Representatives from the Columbia University Summer Session and from the Admissions team will also be available to answer questions about the upcoming Columbia University Summer Session, and how students may apply and enroll as a visiting or current Columbia student.
