Adam Gerber is an Strategic Communication alumni from the Columbia University School of Professional Studies.
Adam Gerber comes to SPS after 15 years in theatre and non-profit arts education. Understanding the critical need to acknowledge social inequities, his teaching was rooted in arts advocacy -- providing free-acting training to high school students and bringing live productions to diverse communities that lacked access to the performing arts. As an educator, he developed an immutable work ethic, driven by his desire to form meaningful relationships in which his peers and colleagues rely on him. In 2019, Adam leveraged his adaptability, highly-advanced communications skills, and relationship-building expertise, and pivoted to a career in residential real estate sales & rentals. He is a member of The Leibowitz Team at Douglas Elliman — one of the top producing teams company-wide. With accountability, communication, and empathy, Adam is eager to continue his growth as a human being, with Student Government, his Strategic Communication cohort, and the broader SPS community.
Adam was selected to serve as the Student Speaker for the SPS Graduation, afternoon ceremony, for the Class of 2022 on May 13, 2022.
