Jamie Muskopf, DSW

Course Associate

Jamie Muskopf, DSW (she/her/'o ia), is an educator, author, and convener. Dr. Muskopf has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in the fields of technology and knowledge strategy. She earned a doctorate in social work and social innovation from the University of Southern California and is a proud alumna of the Columbia University Information and Knowledge Strategy program. Her past roles include serving as the first civilian Knowledge Management Officer and Special Assistant to the Commander, United States Pacific Fleet, Project Manager at Microsoft Military Affairs, Program Manager at Defense Acquisition University, and Senior Consultant at Enterprise Knowledge.

As an independent social impact consultant, Dr. Muskopf has supported organizations across all sectors, from the USDA to social services and mental health care providers. Her most recent work includes projects designed to improve the way organizations work with Indigenous communities and the military, veteran, and military caregiver communities. She serves as a subject matter expert for The Rosie Network's Service to CEO program for military spouses and veterans, is trained in Building Resilience through Trauma-Informed Practices in Higher Education, is certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid in the US, and is an ETS Sponsor trained to assist individuals transitioning out of military service. She is a Certified Facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method which she uses to help students and clients explore and show their ideas in 3D.
