Julianne Pustelniak is the Enterprise Risk & Insurance Manager for the Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY), the largest non-profit home health care agency in the United States.  She joined VNSNY in 2013 and was responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s first Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function. During her tenure at VNSNY, she has focused on the continued improvement of the ERM program including facilitating the annual enterprise risk assessment process and streamlining risk activities between the Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, and IT Departments. She is also responsible for the procurement and oversight of VNSNY’s corporate insurance program.

Prior to this, Pustelniak was at StarStone Insurance (formerly Torus Insurance) where she served as a Risk Analyst.  In this role, she directly collaborated with the global Chief Risk Officer to implement key ERM policies and training curriculum in preparation for Own Risk Solvency Assessment (ORSA) compliance.

Pustelniak serves as an Executive Committee Member on the Risk and Insurance Management Society Inc. (RIMS), Young Risk Practitioners Group.
