Claire is a data science product manager in the enterprise digital & analytics group at American Express. Prior to joining Amex, Claire was a growth strategy consultant at Prophet, a marketing consulting firm. She focused on using research and analytics to uncover insights and help clients find new avenues to grow.

Claire helped TechCrunch expand its presence in China by bringing the signature TechCrunch Disrupt Conference to Beijing, Shanghai, and her hometown of Shenzhen. She served as a conference host and panel moderator for several TechCrunch events in the United States and China.

During her time at Columbia, Claire served as president of the Applied Analytics Club. Before attending, Claire was a professional singer and have won multiple international singing awards. She was the first mainland Chinese artist to have her album released on iTunes.
