Tracy has dedicated herself to raising her two children. She grew up in Montreal, Canada, and lived in Spain and France. At Time-Inc, she was on the Publishing team that launched People en Español. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and a Diploma de Especialidad en Estudios Europeos, Especialidad Socio-Política from Universidad de Deusto in Bilbao, Spain.
