Nalika is a Partner/Principal who leads EY’s Wealth and Asset Management Advisory business in the US. 

Over the last 20 years, Nanayakkara has worked extensively with many of the top 20 global Wealth and Asset Management firms, leading a broad array of strategic programs focused on growth, efficiency and innovation.  Nanayakkara's areas of expertise include client acquisition and retention, financial advisor growth and productivity and disruption of current business models.  Nanayakkara is a frequent speaker on topics such as WM growth agenda, changing landscape and digital disruption.

Prior to consulting, Nanayakkara worked in M&A Advisory.
