She has extensive experience as an HR learning professional, certified executive coach and certified health coach in Fortune 500 companies. She is also an adjunct faculty at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies for Human Capital Management (HCM).
Marianne partners closely with executive leaders to create a culture of learning that aligns to a firm’s talent development strategy and high-performance culture. This includes understanding team dynamics, assessing skill development needs, designing blended curricula, facilitating workshops, and coaching executives.
