Meredith Davis (‘24 SPS)

Student

A witty woman of strength and determination. Meredith is a New York City performer, a Columbia University graduate student and one who is thrilled to be part of today’s symposium.

Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, Meredith has been performing since she was five years old. She credits the North Carolina Theatre for her theatrical education and giving her a true start on stage. She received her directorial start with NCT as well assisting on their productions of “Evita” and “The Drowsy Chaperone,” the latter starring Beth Leavel and directed by Casey Hushion; assistant director on the original Broadway production.

Meredith also has experience on the business side of the entertainment industry. For the past six years, she served as the Executive Operations Manager for New York Vocal Coaching, INC; one of New York’s premiere vocal and speech therapy studios.

Meredith is prepared to learn, to grow and to step into the future that Columbia University has placed before her.
