Jean Michel Ngalikpima

Jean Michel Ngalikpima has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He is a Director & Managing Counsel at BNY Mellon in the Clearance and Collateral Management Group. His areas of expertise include OTC derivatives, futures and clearing, securitization, financing, repos, securities lending, custody and clearing of securities, bond issues and Dodd-Frank. Before joining BNY Mellon, he worked at Citi, Societe Generale and Bear Stearns. Earlier in his career, he worked for BGL BNP Paribas in Luxembourg and for a leading law firm in Italy and the U.S. where he focused on the structuring and listing of notes for banks and corporations. He holds a Law Degree from the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium), a Masters in Law from the University of Brussels (Belgium) and a LLM from Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted to the New York Bar and holds FINRA Series 7 (Securities Representative) and Series 3 (Futures and Commodities) licenses. He is fluent in French and Italian.
