Carolyne Savini

Carolyne has accelerated the growth and development of thousands of executives, leaders, and teams — from multi-billion dollar sports and entertainment organizations to Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and startups.

Over her two-decade career, Carolyne has dedicated herself to supporting leaders in achieving their goals through elevating talent. She spearheaded succession planning and led the executive recruiting and onboarding efforts as an internal executive talent manager for Activision Blizzard. Carolyne has also supported thousands of board members, owners, private equity firms, and executives across sports, entertainment, video gaming, events, consulting, and technology industries. From B2B, to global consumer products, professional sports teams, leagues, governing bodies, non-profits, and college athletics, her experience spans numerous sectors.

Carolyne has worked with marquee sports and entertainment clients including the NBA, USTA, Washington Nationals, Milwaukee Bucks, Kansas City Chiefs, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Miami Dolphins, LAFC (MLS), National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), Super Bowl XLVIII Host Committee, Learfield, Ticketmaster, Georgetown University, and many others.

As founder and CEO of The Catalyst Executive, Carolyne has dedicated herself to partnering with organizations that value proactive executive development. As an executive coach, she empowers leaders to activate their vision in order to champion meaningful impact in their worlds.

Carolyne is currently serving as the Executive Career Coach in residence for both students and alumni of the Sport Management graduate program in the School of Professional Studies. She has also taught as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University and Temple University.
