Beth Rudofker

Risk and Control Executive, Senior Executive Advisor

Beth Rudofker has extensive experience building, transforming and leading Risk and Control organizations in large regulated financial institutions.  She is currently a Senior Executive Advisor for PwC providing consulting services for C-level clients and teams to strengthen Enterprise and Non-Financial Risk Management practices.  Most recently she was the Global Head of Operational and Reputation Risk at Citigroup.  Prior to Citi, Beth led the global Operational Risk Management organization at GE Capital, was the Head of Corporate Operational Risk at JP Morgan Chase & Co., and Global Head of Operational Risk and Corporate Compliance at Barclays Capital.

In these roles, Beth provided vision and leadership to design and implement integrated enterprise-wide risk management strategies, frameworks, methodologies, tools, systems, and leading practices across non-financial risk types in alignment with regulatory expectations.  This includes enterprise policies, governance, risk appetite, risk and control assessments, incident and issues management, scenario analysis, capital planning, stress testing, metrics monitoring and reporting.

Beth’s career also includes Global Head of Internal Audit, and various COO roles and CFO/Controller leadership positions in Finance at Lehman Brothers.

Beth holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.  She has held various industry leadership positions including Chair of Risk Management Association Advanced Operational Risk Group, Board Member of Operational Risk exchange and Executive Committee member of SIFMA Internal Audit Division.
