Our Integrated Talent Management class hosted Jenn Han, a People Partner at Google who provides executive coaching, talent development and organizational thought leadership. Her HR experiences span a variety of industries, including an HRBP role at Johnson & Johnson.
Jenn discussed Google’s performance management process - how it empowers individuals to manage their careers, gather objective feedback and even nominate themselves for promotion when they feel ready. Her perspective on the continuous evolution of the process with the needs of the organization was illuminating.
We appreciate Jenn’s career advice about proactively seeking out people who have visibility in one’s chosen career, building relationships and seeking guidance.
