Navigating Risks, Crisis and Opportunities for Nonprofit Resilience

How do nonprofits manage risks as they prepare to remain resilient through crises and unforeseen events without compromising mission and goals?  What lessons are being learnt from the pandemic and the racial equality movement, and what are the immediate and long-term impacts on your nonprofit's operations and strategic direction?  What opportunities and new risks have surfaced during COVID-19 and the BLM movement?  Risk management experts, Jessie Lee, the Director of Operations of Statement Arts, and Founder of Better Future Strategies and Manoj Panjwani, an Independent Advisor of Strategy & Risk Management will lead discussion and workshop on how risk management strengthens organizational resilience through financial and operational sustainability and flexibility, all while being ready for the next crisis.
