Laurel Sim is currently a partner and vice president of portfolio management at Taleo, a small project management services firm. Her relationships and logical approach to business demand have opened many doors for Taleo.
In 2013, Taleo was awarded the Canadian Top Profit Business and was recognized with a 2015 Top 50 Fastest-Growing Alberta Business award. Taleo has secured strong client relationships including some Fortune 500 companies. Her 20 years of experience as a management consultant has seen her evolve from project manager to a program manager to an executive leader of portfolios. She has worked with KPMG and Fujitsu Consulting, both of whom are recognized as industry leaders in management consulting. In addition, she served on the educational boards of Mount Royal University and the University of Calgary.
