Fenton Aylmer

Founder & President, Donadea, Inc.

Fenton Aylmer is a strategist and risk expert who works with Boards and C-Suite executives, in financial services and FinTech. His current mandate is to develop and lead the product market and banking partnerships strategy for Entelligent, a leading climate transition risk technology company located in Boulder, Colorado.

Fenton has over 3 decades of experience as a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and senior risk executive in large regional and money center banks. He managed and led the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, mitigate, monitor, and report risk.

Fenton ended his corporate career as the CRO of New York Community Bank (NYCB). Prior to joining NYCB, he led several risk functions at Citigroup, including Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Conduct Risk, and Regulatory Capital Risk. Before that,                                                                              Fenton was a risk consultant at both EY and KPMG. He kicked off his career in wholesale and retail credit risk management                                                                                  at Bank of Montreal.

                                                                             Fenton is the Treasurer of Lend a Hand Uganda-USA.
