Stephanie (Dowdle) Paladino

Senior Director, Minor League Baseball Partnership Activation

Stephanie Paladino is currently the Director of Minor League Baseball Partnership Activation at Major League Baseball. She manages the multimillion-dollar national sponsorship portfolio for MiLB and its 120-member teams, tasked with strategy development, implementation, measurement, and retention. As a part of the recent restructuring to bring MiLB under MLB, she is also charged with developing a new strategic footprint for sponsorships to best leverage the One Baseball mission.

Prior to joining Minor League Baseball, Stephanie had nearly a decade of experience in a consultative role for agencies. While at Endeavor, she created sponsorship and marketing plans for premium brands such as VISA and Anheuser-Busch, expanded owned and operated properties for the UFC and Miami Open, developed naming rights deals for brands like MGM and the Los Angeles Dodgers, and created branded content campaigns as a part of the Global Marketing group. With M Style Marketing, she cocreated the Sports Group to grow the vertical of the business with a focus on the international expansion of sports leagues and teams. She developed strategic plans for these acquisitions such as Bologna FC, built new marketing campaigns, and coordinated major international event activations for clients like the NHL and FIFA.

Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received a Master's in Sports Management from Columbia University. She serves as a Mentor for the Women’s Sports Collective at Columbia University and chairs both the national business development committee and Tampa Bay marketing committee for Women in Sports and Events (WISE). She currently resides in Chicago with her husband and son.
