Alice! Health Promotion and Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) invite students to join our virtual reflection and support spaces in the days following the presidential election.
We recognize that the upcoming election has added significant stress to the uncertainty and anxiety caused by COVID-19 over the past eight months. These virtual support spaces will offer opportunities for reflection and processing and will also provide concrete problem-solving tools for building resilience and coping with stress.
