Lu Wang

Dr. Lu Wang is a senior researcher and general manager in the US branch of Huikedu Group, the largest online education solution provider for higher and vocational education in China. Before joining Huikedu, he worked in higher education in the U.S. for more than 9 years.

Dr. Wang served nearly 7 years as an assistant professor, associate professor, and director of MS. Big Data Analytics program in St. Thomas University and 2 years as a senior researcher at Florida International University. He has extensive experience in research areas in Computer Science and Engineering, such as pattern recognition, data mining, and deep learning. Dr. Wang published more than 15 research papers in these research areas on related journals and conferences.

At St. Thomas University, Dr. Wang developed the online Master program in Big Data Analytics and completed the complete application with the compliance of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
