Elson Kuriakose

Elson is an experienced HR leader with rich experience across multiple continents, industries and cultures. He currently serves as the Head of People for Google’s Corporate Engineering team based in NYC. He had previously worked with multiple large conglomerates including IBM, Tata, Hitachi, Mahindra etc. While his career crisscrossed both Centers of Excellence (CoE) and generalist roles in HR, what Elson enjoys the most is business facing HR leadership roles. A keen mindfulness meditator and a voracious reader, Elson has an abiding interest in various social science disciplines, and it’s the intersection of these disciplines with technology, and its application on modern workplaces that excites him the most.
Elson holds two full-time graduate level degrees in HR, including a Masters from Cornell University with a specialization in HR & Organization.
