Charlie Oliver

Lecturer, Leading Disruptive Change; M.S. Technology Management

Charlie Oliver is an entrepreneur, technologist, and pragmatic futurist who has spent over fifteen years at the intersection of technology, business, media, and society. Her early career reflects a diversity of experiences that have contributed to her unique perspectives, including roles in advertising at ad agencies, producing TV shows and films at Hollywood studios, and working in corporate law with global firms. 

Beginning in 2007, she founded multiple startups, including a web video platform (Art of Talk TV) and a digital media marketing company (Served Fresh Media), serving global brands with digital strategy and events production. In 2017, she launched Tech 2025, a platform and community dedicated to educating professionals on disruptive emerging technologies, facilitating discourse about their societal impact, and providing strategic advisory and planning services to assist organizations in their digital transformation initiatives.

She promotes an understanding of accelerating technological change through public speaking, leading workshops on technology career development and upskilling, and advocating for inclusive innovation. Her message urges leaders across sectors to actively prepare their organizations and workforces for the transformational impacts breakthroughs like Artificial Intelligence will have by 2025. 

Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Charlie has been a guiding force in various industry advisory and mentoring roles at organizations such as All Tech Is Human and the Aves Lair Blockchain & AI Accelerator and is recognized as one of 100 Leading Women in AI Ethics by LightHouse3.
