Lecturer; Director of Strategy, Major League Baseball
Alex Cadicamo is director of strategy at Major League Baseball, where she focuses primarily on media and content strategy, as well as fan growth and acquisition. Prior to joining MLB, Cadicamo was a principal at Boston Consulting Group in the media practice. She primarily worked with television, sports, and publishing clients, on topics ranging from the pivot from linear television to streaming, managing churn and retention, building a membership, and loyalty strategy, among others.
Before joining BCG, Cadicamo worked at Goldman Sachs for four years, spending time in both Investor Relations and Global Compliance. She earned her M.B.A. at Wharton, where she was on the Director's List and graduated with honors. Cadicamo holds a bachelor of arts in economics and political science from Yale University, where she competed in division I cross country and track. Alex is also a two-time U.S. Olympic trials qualifier in the marathon (2016 and 2020) and competitive runner.
