This webinar will discuss the use of role-play simulations in teaching and research. Starting with an overview of the current state of role-plays and the different types of role-plays used, the webinar will dive into the future state and upcoming innovations in content and technology. It will also explore some of the latest innovations in technology such as A.I., chatbots, voiceskins, and their impact on negotiation teaching and research.

Conflict resolution skills are essential for forging and stewarding successful relationships between people, communities, and organizations. Columbia University’s Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution prepares students to analyze the root causes and dynamics of conflict and to transform disputes through reasoned and resourceful interventions.
