Patricia Haynes, '11SPS, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, is a mediator who works by appointment on cases involving families, neighbors, store owners and customers, and special education and general education students and their families. She also teaches college students to deal with conflict and its resolution at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She has taken on both of these roles over the last 20 years, after retiring from sales at the National Broadcasting Television Network.
