Laura Lerner

Alumni, Information & Knowledge Strategy

Laura Lerner currently leads knowledge management as part of Amazon Web Services' sales enablement and training team. During her 15+ year career, she has delivered enterprise knowledge, content, and collaboration solutions for organizations of all shapes and sizes in the US and abroad. During her time as Vice President, Knowledge Management at ADP, Laura led the development, execution, and evolution of a global, award-winning knowledge and collaboration community program. 

She's taught knowledge management as an adjunct professor at University of Maryland University College and been a guest lecturer at Columbia and DePaul Universities. She's also spoken at events for APQC, Society for Technical Communication, and other organizations about collaboration and enterprise social networks. Laura earned her MS in Information and Knowledge Management from Columbia University.
