Amber Micala Arnold is an award-winning DE&I communications leader and brand reputation strategist. She currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Justice and a Group Vice President of Corporate Reputation at MikeWorldWide. She is also a faculty member in the M.S. in Strategic Communications program at SPS. Amber leverages her expertise and experience to help major global companies, small businesses, and leading nonprofits drive inclusive change through the power of communications.
