Bill Mixon

CEO of National Seating & Mobility

Bill Mixon is a Healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience across the healthcare and professional services industries and more than a decade of experience in President and CEO roles. He has successfully grown large businesses while leveraging process and productivity improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and margin contribution.

Currently, he is CEO at National Seating & Mobility (NSM), North America’s leading mobility solutions provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology, Accessibility, and Services supporting independence for individuals with disabilities and profound healthcare challenges. Prior to joining NSM, Mixon served as President for Universal Hospital Services (UHS), the largest provider of clinically focused asset management solutions and services involving mobile medical technology to the U.S. healthcare industry.

Previously, he served in key leadership roles at Philips Medical Systems for eleven years, most recently leading Philips’ North American Service businesses, which consisted of nine functional business units with 3,500 employees and $1.0B+ in revenue.

He currently serves on the National Seating & Mobility Board of Directors. Previously served as a board member for Delta Dental of Minnesota, Board of Advisors for the Center for American Studies (CAS) at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA and Board of Directors for the Professional Services Council in Washington, DC.
