Rachel Nieves

Rachel was born and raised in New York City, and earned her B.A. in Global Studies and International Relations at the University of New Haven. Prior to Columbia, she worked in various student affairs positions from managing UNH’s student activity center, to being a resident assistant, as well as interning in the case management office at an immigrant and refugee resettlement agency called IRIS. In her free time, you can find her drawing, baking, traveling, or, soaking up some sun at her favorite place - the beach!
