Ayiisha Ferrell

Ayiisha is a New York City native from the Bronx. She holds a BA in English in World Literature from Marymount Manhattan College where she was a part of the Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP). It is there she realized her passion to provide equitable access to higher education. Ayiisha has supported students of all ages and backgrounds and is most proud of her time supporting formerly incarcerated college students at the Institute for Justice and Opportunity. In her free time Ayiisha likes to crochet, bake with her son, and listen to true crime podcasts.
