Ramcess Jean-Louis is an attorney and HR/Labor Relations professional with over 20 years of experience as a change agent delivering human capital solutions.
As the Global Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer and Vice President, PX Lead for Global Workplace Experience at Pfizer, he continues to bring belonging, engagement, and growth across the enterprise while strengthening the company’s ability to innovate and better understand the intersection of talent, inclusion, and colleague experience.
Driving Pfizer’s global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, Ramcess advises leaders on culture and equity. His focus includes building the infrastructure and programs that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent from all backgrounds—enabling Pfizer’s purpose: Breakthroughs that change patients’ lives. Championing a holistic approach, Ramcess oversees teams responsible for innovating and executing Pfizer’s global inclusion programs. These initiatives advance patient and health equity, foster colleague engagement, strengthen community partnerships, and drive supplier diversity and discovery efforts.
Ramcess also leads People Experience direction and operations for the Global Workplace Experience organization, which manages Pfizer’s global Commercial and R&D facilities – 16M sq. ft. across 190 sites in 78 countries – along with corporate real estate strategy and execution. The organization also oversees Global Security for
colleague safety and the Corporate Aviation function. Ramcess’ leadership is critical as the organization creates safe, resilient, destination of choice workplaces and experiences that advance the company’s pursuit of science through workplace design and innovation.
Ramcess’ impact has been widely recognized. He serves as a Board member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and has earned numerous accolades, including being named one of Savoy’s Most Influential Executives, honored among the Power 50 by Color Magazine, celebrated as one of the Most Influential Global Top 100 in Health & Wellness by the Most Influential People of African Descent, and recognized as a Top 100 Diversity Officer. These distinctions reflect his lifelong dedication to creating workplaces where everyone is seen, heard, and empowered.
Prior to Pfizer, he was the Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Verizon Media and the Director of Workforce Diversity and Inclusion at Comcast. His earlier career includes serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the New York City District Attorney’s Office.
