Jackie Moore is Vice President of Product Management, Global Debit at Mastercard,
where she leads the development of consumer value propositions and product strategy.
With more than 25 years of experience across banking, payments, digital commerce,
product innovation and sustainability, Jackie has built global products, forged strategic
partnerships and led teams responsible for bringing scalable solutions to market.
Throughout her career, Jackie has held leadership roles spanning digital payments,
product architecture, mobile commerce, customer strategy, sustainability and now global
debit. Her work focuses on translating emerging market needs into innovative product
strategies that sit at the intersection of technology, consumer behavior and business
transformation.
Jackie has previously led Sustainability Solutions product management at Mastercard,
where she developed and commercialized products designed to help financial
institutions, businesses and consumers address emerging sustainability challenges.
Across both sustainability and payments innovation, she is known for bringing clarity to
complex opportunities, building cross-functional alignment, and leading teams through
business transformation with a strong focus on execution and impact.
Jackie has served as a panelist at NYC Climate Week and the Women in Payments
USA Symposium. She is also the holder of several U.S. patents and has contributed to
award-winning innovations recognized for advancing the role of business in addressing
global challenges.
Jackie is a Lecturer in Professional Studies at Columbia University. She holds an M.B.A.
in Management from the LaPenta (formerly Hagan) School of Business at Iona
University and a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University.
