Brian Flinn

Brian Flinn leads the NFL’s global flag football strategy and execution, driving international expansion, strengthening partnerships, and overseeing the growth and development of the game from youth participation through the professional level.

Flinn is a versatile and collaborative senior executive with three decades of experience leading operations, strategic planning, revenue generation, brand building, and communications across sports, entertainment, and media. A proven leader in both entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial environments, he has built and scaled emerging businesses while also driving transformative growth within established organizations.

Prior to the NFL, Flinn served as Chief Operating Officer of the Pro Padel League, an emerging sports property, where in just a year he helped drive a 10x increase in the league’s valuation. Previously, he was Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Isos Capital Management, Chief Marketing Officer at World Wrestling Entertainment, and held senior leadership roles at the National Basketball Association and the New York Knicks.
