Dr. Antonio Marinucci is an infrastructure leader with over 30 years of expertise in heavy-civil, geotechnical, and program delivery for hyperscale data centers, transportation, and energy assets. As a TPgM at Google, he leads global strategic preconstruction initiatives for 9+ GW of new compute capacity, accelerating project delivery through AI-driven diligence, prefabrication, early contractor involvement, and direct sourcing. Dr. Marinucci pairs deep technical proficiency in early site works and infrastructure risk with proven business acumen in process improvement and program development. He is a licensed PE in 20+ states, a Board Certified Geotechnical Engineer, an ASCE Fellow, a Lecturer, and serves on two non-profit boards He has co-authored over 60 peer-reviewed publications and delivered 75+ lectures globally.
