Stephanie Marciano

Stephanie Marciano is a sports marketing executive, former professional basketball player, and 2012 graduate of Columbia University's Sports Management program. After Yale University, she played professionally in Germany for the Wolfenbuettel Wildcats. She started her sports business career at ESPN in sales and marketing, then spent more than seven years in consulting at Ascendent and CSM Sport & Entertainment, where she became Senior Vice President of Consulting. In 2021 she joined Ally as Head of Brand and Sports Marketing, and Sports Business Journal named her to its 40 Under 40 list in 2024. Since May 2026 she has been Chief Strategy Officer of underdog & company, a sports, entertainment, and culture marketing company backed by NewSpring Capital.
