Shiqi (Sabrina) Zhang

Sabrina is a Project Controls professional with nearly 10 years of experience at AECOM, specializing in project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, financial management, and project performance monitoring. She has extensive experience supporting complex transportation projects and working with major agencies, including MTA, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, NJ TRANSIT, and Amtrak. Throughout her career, she has provided cost analysis and financial insights to help project teams make informed decisions and achieve project objectives.
Sabrina holds a Master’s degree in Construction Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Baruch College.
