Selected to establish and lead the Stations Integrated Projects Team following successful delivery of the $1 billion Penn Station Long Island Rail Road Concourse reconstruction, completed on time and under budget while maintaining uninterrupted service for more than 500,000 daily commuters. Provide executive oversight of a ~$10 billion portfolio of large-scale, technically demanding infrastructure programs across New York City, including Penn Station modernization, the 42nd Street Midtown Corridor (Times Square, Bryant Park, and Grand Central), the 175 Park development partnership, the 14th Street and 8th Avenue corridor programs, and rehabilitation of critical East River rail tunnels. 

Currently leading delivery of the $7 billion Second Avenue Subway Phase 2 expansion, one of the most consequential transit investments in New York City in decades, extending critical subway service to East Harlem and advancing generational improvements in capacity, resiliency, and urban mobility. 

Bring more than 15 years of private-sector executive experience delivering landmark commercial, civic, and transportation developments across the New York metropolitan region, including JetBlue Terminal 5 at JFK Airport, Hudson Yards, Manhattan West, 99 Hudson, Bronx Terminal Market, United Nations capital improvements, the Thurgood Marshall U.S. Federal Courthouse, and the Fulton Street Transit Center – projects collectively representing multiple billions in urban redevelopment investment.
