Olalla García Pérez is a project management and engineering professional with more than 15 years of international experience leading complex transportation, technology, and innovation projects across the United States and Europe. Her professional expertise spans strategic project and program management, systems integration, risk and stakeholder management, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and Agile and hybrid project delivery.
Olalla also brings extensive academic and professional service experience. She has taught project management and engineering courses at universities in Europe and the United States. Her research interests focus on smart cities, innovation, artificial intelligence, and project management.
She holds an MBA, a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organization, and a Master’s Degree in Innovation. She also holds the PMP®, PMI-ACP®, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications. She has been internationally recognized for her contributions to project management, innovation, technology, and leadership.
