Columbia University’s Master of Science in Information and Knowledge Strategy (IKNS) is a leadership development program that produces executives who can optimize organizational decision-making and execution by building and energizing high-performing teams capable of tackling the toughest challenges and greatest opportunities organizations face. Our graduates understand business strategy and can leverage their expertise in collaboration and knowledge sharing across silos to help fulfill mission and vision. Their training translates to increased productivity and impact across all industry, nonprofit, and government sectors.

During this webinar, you’ll learn about the IKNS approach to success from the program’s alumni, faculty, and the Academic Director, V. Mary Abraham. Senior Lecturer Dr. Ed Hoffman will discuss his experiences at NASA as Chief Knowledge Officer and how leadership and knowledge management are critical to mission success. Abraham and Dr. Hoffman will be joined by Joel Ruffin, Sr. (’17SPS, Information and Knowledge Strategy), Senior Vice President at Goldman Sachs, who will share his experience in the program and discuss how the skills he built have enhanced his professional role.
