Juli Falkoff has over 20 years of experience in building brands including luxury goods, consumer packaged goods, financial services, and retailing. Most recently, Falkoff was senior vice-president, product group director at Schieffelin & Somerset, where she led the revitalization of several major spirits brands—Hennessy Cognac, Grand Marnier, and Tanqueray, with responsibility for all aspects of marketing strategy and programming. These mature, established brands were rejuvenated during her tenure, and achieved unprecedented growth. She also has held brand management positions in the desserts division at General Foods, working on Jell-O Pudding, Baker’s Chocolate, and Dream Whip. She worked in new product development at Seagram’s and also managed Seagram’s Golden Spirits Coolers—developing the first TV and radio advertising for a spirits-based product. At American Express, Falkoff marketed the American Express Card to department stores. She began her career at Bloomingdale’s in the executive training program. Falkoff received a B.A. in mathematics from Smith College and an M.B.A. in marketing and finance from the University of Chicago.
